Returns

We offer returns, size exchange (if stock is available / once per order) and store credit. Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its un-worn, un-washed, free of any odors, stains and no scuffs or tears.
  • The item must be returned with original tags and packaging.

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item.

Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Prestigious Garments reserves the right to reject the return of goods that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. If they are rejected, the item will be returned to you.

Please note we only accept returns on full priced items.

We offer exchanges on full priced items only. All items marked 'SALE' or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

 

 

Refunds

Only first-time customers are eligible for a refund (in addition to exchange / store credit) on their first purchase only.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on change of mind.

We only offer total refunds on items that are deemed faulty.

 

 

Taxes + Duties

All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We cannot control possible delays due to Customs once the package has left our warehouse.
